MotionAI turns your photos and ideas into short AI videos. There’s no sign-up: your account is created for your device automatically.

Getting help

Open an issue on GitHub to report a problem or ask a question. Please include:

  • your iPhone model and iOS version,
  • the Account ID from Settings → Account ID (tap to copy),
  • what you tried and what happened.

Please don’t post photos of people in issues; describe the problem instead.

Common questions

What are credits? Creating a video uses credits; the cost is shown on the button before you create it. Premium plans include credits, and you can collect daily rewards or buy credit packs.

My video failed. Did I lose my credits? No. If a video fails or is canceled, its credits are returned automatically.

How long does a video take? Usually one to a few minutes, depending on the quality you choose. You can leave the app; the video keeps processing and appears in your Library.

How do I restore my purchases? Open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I cancel Premium? Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MotionAI and turn off auto-renew. Premium stays active until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my data? Open an issue with your Account ID and ask for deletion; we’ll delete your account and video records. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. See the privacy policy.
